Mark Knopfler is touring again, and his wing-man Guy Fletcher is keeping a tour diary again. Amazing that he has the energy to keep it up; the tour diaries give you a bit of an insight on what life is like for these touring musicians. It’s hard work, to put it mildly.

Unfortunately we probably won’t be able to go to a show. In 2005 Kenzie and I went to the Mountain Winery show which was an unbelievable experience. Guy actually put a picture I sent him in his diary of that tour.

I just ordered Guy’s CD ‘inamorata’. Very curious to hear it.
